EYS116 SA is an Eaton Crouse-Hinds series conduit sealing fitting designed for hazardous classified locations. This copper-free aluminum fitting restricts the passage of gases, vapors, and flames between electrical installation sections at atmospheric pressure and normal ambient temperatures, limiting explosions to sealed enclosures. The fitting features male and female threaded connections, integral bushings to protect conductor insulation, and taper-tapped hubs to ensure ground continuity. It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal positions with a minimum turning radius of 1-5/32 inches. The fitting meets UL 886 standards and is rated for Class I Division 1 and 2 (Group A, B, C, D), Class II Division 1 (Group E, F, G), Class II Division 2 (Group F, G), and Class III enclosures.
