Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange, subject to a 35% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 30 days. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. No returns will be accepted on any items that have been used or installed.  Returns must include the factory box.

www.essentialparts.com reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the following conditions are not met:

  • Items and packaging must be received in new/undamaged condition
  • Packaging must include all original items, factory box accessories, manuals, etc..
  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
  • Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning orders, you need to contact www.essentialparts.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can call (866) 377-3532 or e-mail sales@essentialparts.com.

Please be reminded that your RMA# will expire in 15 days from the date of issue. We highly recommend you return the product and ensure the arrival of the product before the expiration date. Any return after this date or without the RMA# number on the outside of the package will cause a delay in the process and may result in your return being rejected.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please send your return using a reliable, traceable carrier that you can track the package in case it is lost.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged and cannot process your return in this case. Please take extra care to pack the items safely and securely.  We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping due to poor packaging. 

EXCEPTION - OPEN HARDWARE KITS

Please tell who ever receives your packages to make sure not to open the hardware kit packaging until you're sure you need it.  We don't accept open hardware kits back, but unopened have the same 30 day return policy.  The reason for that is customers often open those up and return them with missing pieces.
