Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Most of our orders are shipped out the same day we receive the order. Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to reach our customers. We also have many expedited shipping option that are available to select at checkout. Feel free to contact us if you need somethign delivered the same day.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Product

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

All items both Re-Certified, and New sold by Essential Electric includes a 2-year limited warranty.   This means that they are guaranteed to be free from defects for a full 2 years from the date that the product was shipped from our warehouse.  This warranty is through Essential Electric and not the manufacturer as our warranty often exceeds that of the manufacturer.  If a product fails in the first two years of purchase, simply contact us and we will send the product into our warehouse to certify the defect.  If the product is found to be defective, we will replace the item free of charge and also refund the shipping cost to our warehouse.  In the event we are unable to replace the product in a timely manner, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
