SPE240


SPE240 is a General Electric circuit breaker electrical operator designed for 240VAC control voltage applications. It is compatible with SSD, SHD, SSF, and SHE frame circuit breakers.

The SPE240 mounts inside the front cover of manually operated breakers and provides electrical spring charging and charge indication. It can be factory or field installed on Power Break II breakers. The operator enables remote closing when used with a separately ordered remote close solenoid. For remote opening, a shunt trip or undervoltage release accessory is required and must be ordered separately. The breaker is prewired to dedicated secondary terminals for easy field installation.
