This switch features a fusible bolted pressure design with additional clamping action at both ends of the switch blades when fully closed, ensuring reliable and durable contact. It includes a Quick Make-Quick Break tease-proof operator mechanism that positively operates contacts to the off position without spring assistance. The switch is dead front with an operating handle that indicates open and closed positions and can be padlocked in the open position with provisions for at least three padlocks. It is UL listed and suitable for circuits capable of delivering 200,000 RMS symmetrical amperes, providing high interrupting capacity and safety.
