EL6 is a Crouse-Hinds Series EL 45° elbow fitting designed for use with rigid and intermediate metallic conduit in hazardous locations. This elbow features a female/female threaded connection and is constructed from ductile iron Feraloy iron alloy for durability and reliability in demanding environments. The EL6 elbow is explosion-proof and dust-ignition proof, making it suitable for use in classified hazardous areas. It is commonly used in industrial and commercial applications where conduit protection and secure connections are critical. The fitting is electrogalvanized with aluminum acrylic paint for added corrosion resistance.
