This switch features a NEMA 1 rating and is built for high fault current environments. The B226WOL switch is constructed with bolted pressure contacts for secure connection and includes a dead front design for safety. The operator mechanism provides quick-make, quick-break action and is capable of positively operating the contacts to the off position without spring assistance. The operating handle clearly indicates open and closed positions and can be padlocked in the open position for added safety.
