8MES800T is an Eaton fixed-rating plug accessory designed for Series C molded case circuit breakers using the DIGITRIP or RMS310 electronic trip units. This plug is factory calibrated to an 800 A rating and provides a fixed instantaneous trip picking point of approximately 200 % to 800 % of the plug current rating. It is compatible with breaker frames MDL, HMDL, CMDL and CHMDL (Series C) and allows the breaker to be configured for a specific current level without replacing the entire breaker. The compact module installs easily in the trip unit socket and maintains breaker integrity, offering a cost-effective solution for setting higher current thresholds in industrial switchboards and motor control centers.
