YS8C is a compression splice designed for 8 AWG copper conductors in heavy-duty electrical applications.
This long barrel splice features a copper seamless barrel with center stop indentations to indicate proper wire insertion. The internal chamfer and tin-plated finish ensure reliable connections. The splice is rated for use from 600 volts up to 35 kilovolts and operates at 90 degrees Celsius. It includes a red color code for easy identification and has a 49 die index for proper crimping.
