YS5CLBOX is a Burndy compression splice designed for secure and reliable electrical connections with 5 AWG copper wire.
This connector features a standard barrel with an internal chamfer and tin plating for corrosion resistance. It includes center stop indentations to ensure proper wire insertion on both sides of the seamless copper barrel. Rated for up to 35,000 volts, it is UL and CSA certified for use at 90°C. The product is color-coded blue and compatible with die index 7 or 374 for precise crimping.
