YS28 is a long barrel compression splice connector designed for 4/0 AWG copper wire with tin-plated finish and maximum voltage rating of 35 kV. This butt-type splice features a center wire stop, internal chamfer, and seamless copper barrel construction suitable for high-voltage applications up to 35 kV. The connector is UL and CSA listed, rated for 90 degrees Celsius, and includes a purple color code for easy identification with a 15 die index for proper crimping.
