YGHP2C2 is a copper compression ground tap connector designed for reliable grounding connections from #6 solid to #2 stranded copper conductors.This irreversible compression ground tap connector can be used as a tap connector or tap splice connector. It features a Figure 6 shape and accommodates conductor sizes from 6 AWG solid to 2 AWG stranded for both run and tap conductors. The connector is UL467 listed, acceptable for direct burial in earth and concrete, and prefilled with PENETROX compound for enhanced corrosion resistance.
