XJG34 is a Crouse-Hinds Series expansion coupling designed for use with rigid metal conduit and IMC in applications where thermal expansion and contraction must be accommodated. This coupling features a steel body with electrogalvanized finish and provides up to 4 inches of maximum conduit movement. The XJG34 expansion coupling is engineered for durability and reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. It includes internal bonding springs and metallic bushings for a high integrity ground connection, eliminating the need for external bonding jumpers and clamps up to 4" trade size. The design is weatherproof and suitable for ordinary/non-hazardous locations.
