This VLB348-ST model is designed for three-phase power applications, featuring a bolted pressure contact mechanism and a 120 Volt shunt trip coil for electrical tripping. It supports a NEMA 1 enclosure rating and is suitable for use with Class L or T fuses for overcurrent protection. The switch provides quick make and quick break contact operation independent of handle speed, and includes provisions for padlocking in the open position. It meets UL 98 and UL 977 test requirements for safety switches and electrically tripped switches.
