UNF100NR is a 1 inch dust-ignitionproof explosionproof conduit union designed for use with threaded rigid metal conduit and IMC in hazardous locations. This female/female union features zinc electroplated steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance, and includes a smooth, rounded integral bushing to protect conductor insulation during installation. The UNF100NR is suitable for Class I, II, III, Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations, and is certified to NEC/CEC, UL 886/1203, and CSA C22.2 standards. Its accurately tapped, tapered threads ensure a tight, secure connection for conduit-to-conduit applications. The union facilitates modifications and allows for removal of enclosures without turning or removal of conduit.
