SK3A1000KB3S is a Hammond Power Solutions Sentinel-K energy-efficient three-phase distribution transformer rated 1000kVA with 480 Delta primary and 208Y/120V secondary voltages. This aluminum-wound transformer is designed for general-purpose applications including appliances, lighting, heating, motorized machines, and power loads from electrical distribution systems rated 600 volts and below. The unit features a heavy-duty ventilated Type 3R enclosure suitable for outdoor installations with enhanced baffling for horizontal blowing rain and snow protection. Standard 150 degree Celsius temperature rise with 220 degree Celsius insulation class provides reliable performance. The transformer is seismically qualified according to IEC 2018 and ASCE 7-16 specifications with spectral acceleration SDS less than or equal to 2.0g and importance factor Ip of 1.5.
