SCE-L9246ELJ is an ELJ trough enclosure designed to house electrical controls, instruments, and components in indoor or outdoor environments. This carbon steel enclosure provides protection against ingress of solid foreign objects and water, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications requiring reliable equipment housing and environmental protection.Construction and Features: The enclosure features 0.063 inch carbon steel construction with continuously welded and ground smooth seams. It includes a flange trough collar around all sides of the door opening, pour-in-place oil and water resistant gasket, and removable hinges that allow doors to open 180 degrees. Black mini quarter turn latches operated with a screwdriver provide secure closure, and sealing washers and hole plugs are included. The enclosure has a ground stud on both door and body, mounting holes in the back, and mounting feet. Optional padlocking, keylocking latches, and tamper-resistant hardware are available.
