R162 is a Mersen Class R fuse reducer designed to allow smaller fuses to fit larger clips safely and reliably.
This fuse reducer permits a 60 amp fuse to fit 100 amp clips at 250 VAC and a 30 amp fuse to fit 100 amp clips at 600 VAC. It is UL listed and CSA certified, meeting Class R rejection standards with a short circuit rating of 200,000 amps.
