QOX232

QOX232 is a Texas Instruments MAX3232 dual RS-232 line driver and receiver designed for serial communication interfaces.This device operates from a single 3.0V to 5.5V power supply and includes two line drivers, two line receivers, and a dual charge-pump circuit that generates RS-232 voltage levels. It supports data signaling rates up to 1 Mbps and provides ±15 kV ESD protection on the serial-port connection terminals. The MAX3232 meets TIA/EIA-232-F standards and converts TTL/CMOS logic levels to RS-232 levels and vice versa.
