Q003LEKF7 is a single phase, 3kVA encapsulated transformer designed for harsh environments and hazardous locations. This HPS Titan series unit features a primary voltage of 240x480V and secondary voltage of 120/240V at 60Hz, housed in a heavy-duty NEMA 3R stainless steel enclosure. Q003LEKF7 is UL Listed for Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D and Class I, Zone 2, Group IIC hazardous locations, with ABS Type Approval for marine duty service and offshore applications. The transformer is fully encapsulated with electrical grade silica sand and resin compounds to seal out moisture and contaminants, featuring an 80 degree Celsius temperature rise with 130 degree Celsius insulation class. It includes a removable hinged front door for easy access, factory-installed grounding lugs, and standard wall mounting with keyhole slots. The unit is seismically qualified per IBC 2018 and ASCE 7-10 specifications and meets NEMA ST-20 sound level standards.
