PLVR-480
PLVR-480 is a phase failure relay designed for reliable protection in three-phase systems. This Boltswitch model monitors voltage, phase unbalance, and trip delay for industrial and commercial applications. The unit features front-mounted adjustment pots and LED indicators for voltage, unbalance, and time delay, making setup and troubleshooting easy. It is suitable for systems operating at 480VAC nominal voltage. The PLVR-480 provides automatic reset and has a trip delay adjustment range of 1 to 10 seconds in 1-second increments. The relay offers a voltage adjustment range of 336–456VAC and an unbalance adjustment range of 2 to 10% per NEMA specifications. Power consumption is 4.5W per phase, and the output contacts are rated DPDT with 40 amps at 28VDC/300VAC and 5 amps at 480/600VAC. The operating temperature range is -4º to +131º F, and the unit is designed for panel or DIN rail mounting.
