PLG300C is a 3 inch recessed head close-up plug from Appleton designed for use with threaded conduit openings in hazardous locations.
This explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof plug is made of durable malleable iron with a zinc electroplate finish. It features smooth, rounded integral bushings in each hub to protect conductor insulation and accurately tapped, tapered threads for tight, rigid joints and ground continuity. The PLG300C meets UL Standard 886 (1203) and is UL Listed and CSA Certified for use in Class I, Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations.
