LL17PG is a high-performance silicone conformal coating designed for LED displays and electronic circuitry requiring a transparent, flexible protective layer. Fine-L-Kote LED2 provides outstanding protection against moisture, dust, and extreme temperatures while maintaining optical clarity and electrical insulation. This coating is engineered for durability in harsh environments and is ideal for LED controls, instrumentation, and automotive and marine manufacturing applications. The cured film is hydrolytically stable and retains its physical and electrical properties after exposure to high temperature and humidity, without interfering with light wavelength or intensity. Fine-L-Kote LED2 is formulated to minimize thermal stress on delicate circuit components and offers excellent flexibility for both rigid and flexible circuit boards. Its non-stick surface resists dirt, dust, and soil, helping to keep surfaces clean and extend component life. The coating is RoHS compliant, meets IPC-CC-830B Type SR specifications, and carries a UL94 V0 flammability rating. It cures at room temperature with moisture and can be heat accelerated for faster processing.
