Description
L50S600
L50S600 is a Littelfuse high-speed semiconductor fuse rated for 600 amps and 500 VAC/450 VDC voltage with a round body design. L50S600 provides very fast acting, current-limiting protection ideal for semiconductor devices such as SCRs, diodes, and transistors. It features a 200 kA interrupt rating at 500 VAC and is designed for fixed installations with M8 (5/16") mounting torque of 15 N·m. The fuse is UL Recognized and CE and CSA certified, suitable for use in variable speed drives, power rectifiers, and power supplies.
