L50QS300 is a next-generation high-speed round-body semiconductor fuse designed for optimized circuit protection of sensitive, high-power semiconductor devices in power converters, inverters, rectifiers, and power supplies.L50QS300 features extremely current-limiting performance with low energy let-through (I2t) characteristics to prevent overheating and thermal breakdown. The fuse is constructed with a melamine body and silver-plated copper alloy caps, designed in traditional North American bolted-style package with universal mounting options for direct bus-bar or stud mount installation. It delivers fast and reliable short-circuit protection while extending component longevity and reducing equipment-damaging heat energy.
