KVSU28 is a compact, tin-plated high strength copper alloy mechanical connector with a spacer bar designed for heavy duty electrical connections.This two-piece connector features tin-plated silicon bronze hardware and a spacer bar that separates dissimilar conductors, providing a long contact length for reliable performance. It is recommended for use with copper, aluminum, ACSR, AAAC, and 5005 conductors ranging from 6 AWG to 4/0 AWG. The connector includes a neoprene ring to prevent loss of the shorter bolt during installation and allows swivel action for easier tightening. Installation torque is 250 in-lb with a 9/16 inch wrench size.
