KSU23 is a tin-plated, high strength copper alloy SERVIT split bolt connector with spacer designed for reliable electrical connections between dissimilar conductors.This connector features a spacer that separates dissimilar conductors and provides a long contact length to prevent high pressure point contacts between run and tap conductors. It is suitable for use with aluminum, copper, ACSR, AAAC, and steel conductors, with recommended use of PENETROX joint compound for aluminum and ACSR. The connector has an installation torque of 275 in-lb and measures 1.48 inches in length.
