KS29 is a compact, high-strength split bolt connector manufactured by Burndy for direct burial applications in earth or concrete. Designed for copper conductors, this connector accommodates Run/Tap connections ranging from 1 AWG (Stranded) to 250 kcmil, making it suitable for a wide range of electrical distribution and grounding applications. The unplated copper construction provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance in buried environments. UL467 Listed for direct burial installations, the KS29 meets industry standards for safety and reliability. Installation requires 650 in-lb of torque for proper connection.
