KLKD5 is a Littelfuse 5 amp, 600 volt fast acting midget fuse from the KLKD series designed for reliable overcurrent protection.
This KLKD5 fuse features a fast-acting opening characteristic suitable for protecting circuits in solar combiner boxes and other applications requiring high interrupting capacity. It is rated for 600 volts AC/DC with an interrupting rating of 100,000 AIC at 600 VAC and 50,000 AIC at 600 VDC. The fuse has a melamine body with copper alloy end caps and meets UL and IEC photovoltaic fuse specifications. It is non-indicating and compatible with indicating fuse blocks or covers.
