This Littelfuse KLDR series fuse features a time-delay (slow blow) characteristic to allow temporary current surges without blowing, making it ideal for inductive loads with high magnetizing currents. It has a high interrupting rating of 200,000 amps AC RMS symmetrical and 20,000 amps DC, ensuring reliable protection in industrial control applications. The fuse body is melamine with nickel-plated bronze end caps and is UL 248-4 listed. Its compact size helps reduce panel space compared to other fuse classes.
