JLS040 is a Littelfuse Class J fast-acting fuse rated for 40 amperes at 600 volts AC, designed for general purpose circuits with little or no motor load, resistive loads such as resistance electric heat, and loads requiring fast-acting overload protection.JLS040 features current-limiting technology and POWR-GARD brand protection. The fuse has a compact cylindrical cartridge design with ferrule terminals, measuring 1-1/16 inch in diameter by 2-3/8 inches in length. It provides an interrupting rating of 200,000 amperes symmetrical at 600 VAC and is suitable for non-rejection fuse blocks.
