JCL-A-3R is an R-Rated medium voltage fuse designed for motor circuit protection applications requiring reliable current limiting and interrupting performance.

The JCL-A-3R delivers consistent protection across a wide voltage range with a current rating of 100 Amps and voltage ratings from 2.4 kV to 7.2 kV. This fuse features an interrupting rating of 50 kA symmetrical and 80 kA asymmetrical, meeting ANSI C37.46 standards for R-Rated fuses. The fuse is designed to melt within 15 to 35 seconds at 100 times the R-number rating, providing time-delay protection suitable for motor inrush currents. Available in standard construction with 3-inch enclosed or open fuseclip mounting options.
