ICP631150 is a narrowband FM IF subsystem designed by NXP for cellular and analog applications.This device features excellent high-frequency performance with a total gain of approximately 42 dB at 455 kHz in the IF amplifier section and 96 dB in the limiting amplifier section. It contains 292 active transistors and is optimized for use with a 455 kHz ceramic filter requiring 1.5 kΩ source and load impedance.
