HSJ250
HSJ250 is a high speed Class J fuse from Mersen designed for semiconductor and branch circuit protection.
This fuse provides excellent protection for power electronics such as drives and soft starters by limiting energy let-through and preventing damage to sensitive components. It features a compact Class J footprint, optimized overload capability, and very low I2t for fast response to faults. The HSJ250 is UL Listed to Standard 248-8 and CSA Certified, rated for 600 VAC and 500 VDC operation with a high interrupt rating suitable for demanding industrial applications.
