HSJ20
HSJ20 is a Mersen high-speed Class J fuse designed for reliable protection of semiconductors and branch circuits.
This fuse combines the low I2t of a semiconductor fuse with the branch-circuit performance of a UL-listed Class J fuse, making it ideal for electronic motor controllers, phase controllers, drives, soft-starters, solid state relays, and control panels. It is engineered to handle the starting characteristics of solid state devices and provides both branch circuit protection and very low I2t for sensitive components.
