HSJ150
HSJ150 is a Mersen high speed Class J fuse designed for semiconductor and branch circuit protection with a 150 amp rating.
This fuse features a 600 VAC and 500 VDC voltage rating, high interrupt rating of 200 kA AC and 100 kA DC, and a clip mounting type with brass blade terminals. It combines low I2t for semiconductor protection and compliance with NEC branch circuit requirements, making it ideal for drives, soft starters, and electronic motor controllers. The fuse body is made of GMG insulating material with a length of 5.75 inches and diameter of 1.62 inches. It is UL and CSA listed to Standard 248-8.
