HKBBC is a compact round body instrument enclosure from Hubbell Killark's HK Series designed for hazardous and corrosive environments.This enclosure features a 3-1/2 inch inside diameter round body with a 3 inch depth and a flat threaded cover. It is made of cast copper-free aluminum with an electrostatically applied gray powder epoxy/polyester finish for corrosion resistance. The enclosure is UL, CSA, and FM certified for Class I Groups BCD, Class I Zone 1 & 2 IIB+H2, Class II Groups EFG, Class III, and rated Type 4 and 4X for ingress protection (IP66). It includes standard cast mounting lugs, internal and external grounding screws, a Nitrile (BUNA-N) O-ring seal, and a stainless steel tamper-proof locking set screw. The internal "X" pad allows mounting of instruments or terminals.
