HBLDS100 is an industrial grade, unfused motor disconnect switch designed for heavy duty applications requiring reliable manual control and safety compliance. This 3 pole, 100A, 600V AC switch features a non-metallic sloped top enclosure rated IP69k and NEMA Type 4X, ideal for indoor and outdoor environments including washdown and food processing areas. The switch is constructed from corrosion and impact resistant UV stabilized material, with a highly visible red handle that can be locked in the OFF position for OSHA Lockout/Tagout compliance. It meets NEC section 430.102(B) requirements and is UL listed as a manual motor controller, suitable as a motor disconnect. The enclosure supports best practices in hygienic design, shedding dirt and debris, and is certified by NSF for hygiene in food processing applications. Product ratings are permanently laser-marked for durability. Hubbell's Circuit-Lock® Unfused Disconnect Switches are built for long life with a minimum of 10,000 operating cycles and operate reliably in temperatures from -40°C to 75°C.
