HBL8315C is a Hubbell Hospital Grade Insulgrip straight blade male plug rated for 20 amps and 125 volts with a 2-pole, 3-wire grounding configuration.This durable plug features a black and white nylon housing with offsetting cord grips that clamp individual conductors securely. It is designed for portable cord applications with a cord range of 0.230" to 0.720" and accommodates wire sizes from 18 to 10 AWG. The plug is certified to CSA C22.2 No. 42, UL Listed to UL498, and meets Fed. Spec. W-C-596 standards. It withstands dielectric voltage of 2000V minimum and operates in temperatures from -40°C to 75°C continuous. The NEMA 5-20P configuration ensures compatibility with standard 20A receptacles.
