HBL2423 is a 20 amp, 3-phase, 250 VAC locking connector from Hubbell designed for industrial applications.This connector features a 3-pole, 4-wire configuration with a NEMA L15-20R rating. It is constructed with a durable black and white nylon insulated body, suitable for cord diameters from 0.35 to 1.15 inches. Rated for continuous operation from -40°C to 75°C, it includes pressure screw terminals and an integral dust shield for protection. The connector withstands dielectric voltage of 2,000V minimum and is certified to CSA C22.2 No.42 and UL 498 standards.
