HBL2313 is a Hubbell 20A 125V 2-pole 3-wire grounding twist-lock female connector body with NEMA L5-20R configuration and black/white nylon housing.This Insulgrip connector body features a durable black and white nylon construction with screw terminal pressure connections, designed for cord mounting with a cable range of 0.360" to 0.930" (9-24 mm). It is rated for 20 amps and 125 volts AC, withstanding dielectric voltage of 2,000V minimum. The connector is UL and CSA listed, certified to CSA C22.2 No.42 and Fed.Spec. W-C-596, and is RoHS compliant. It operates in temperatures from -40°C to 75°C continuous without impact and meets IP20 moisture resistance suitability.
