H75 is a two-component, high Tg, thermally conductive, electrically insulating epoxy designed for semiconductor packaging and heat sinking applications.H75 epoxy features a thick paste consistency with high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation properties, making it suitable for heat sinking, hermetic sealing, and opto-electronic assemblies.
