H6 is a Federal Pacific motor control operator designed for automatic source-transfer and motor operation in medium voltage switchgear applications.
This motor operator, known as Type PM, supports 600-ampere and 1200-ampere load-interrupter switches at 15kV and 25kV voltage ratings. It features a solid-state controller for precise control, local/remote selector switch, and provisions for supervisory control and communication components. The operator includes safety interlocks to prevent motor operation when covers are open and allows motor exercising without operating the disconnect switch for maintenance purposes.
