GUAX59SA is a Crouse-Hinds series Condulet GUA conduit outlet box with cover, designed for hazardous and classified locations. This copper-free aluminum box features an X shape, 5-inch cover opening diameter, and is suitable for use with rigid conduit. The GUAX59SA conduit outlet box is built for durability and safety in demanding environments. It includes an internal ground screw and a neoprene O-ring to meet NEMA 4 requirements. The box is designed for use as a pull and splice box, for connecting conduit lengths, changing conduit direction, and providing access to conductors for maintenance. The cover has cast ears for easy removal and tightening, and the hubs are threaded to provide grounding continuity. The smooth integral hub bushing protects conductor insulation during installation.
