GRUSE50 is an explosionproof conduit outlet box by Appleton designed for hazardous locations requiring dust-ignitionproof and raintight enclosures.GRUSE50 features a malleable iron construction with zinc electroplated, chromate, and epoxy powder coating for corrosion resistance. It includes three 1/2 inch hubs with accurately tapped, tapered threads for tight, rigid joints and ground continuity. The box has a 3.25 inch cover opening and a 19 cubic inch capacity, suitable for use with threaded metal conduit in Class I Div 1 and 2, Class II Div 1 and 2, and Class III hazardous environments.
