GD1826 is a Burndy mechanical grounding connector designed for joining two parallel copper cables to rod or pipe with direct burial capability.This connector accommodates 4 AWG solid to 2/0 AWG stranded copper cables and fits rods from 2 to 2-3/8 inches or 2-inch pipes. It features a cast copper alloy body with Durium silicon bronze U-bolt and is UL467 listed for US and Canadian markets. Rated for direct burial in earth or concrete, it installs with one wrench and is RoHS compliant.
