GAR1926 is a mechanical grounding connector designed for joining copper cable to rod or pipe in parallel or 90° configurations. This connector is suitable for direct burial and fence post applications, providing reliable grounding performance in demanding environments.Constructed from bright dipped cast high copper alloy with Durium silicon bronze hardware, the GAR1926 connector features a robust design for secure cable attachment. It accommodates copper solid conductors from 4 AWG to 3/0 AWG and copper stranded conductors from 5 AWG to 2/0 AWG. The connector is compatible with 2-1/2" IPS pipe and rods ranging from 2-1/2" to 2-7/8" in diameter. The recommended installation torque is 240 lb-in for optimal performance.
