FVK465R is a fusible bus plug from General Electric's Type FVK series designed for plug-in bus duct systems.

This 600-volt, 400-amp, 4-wire fusible bus plug is engineered for use with GE's FVK plug-in bus duct (originally manufactured by Trumbull). The unit features mechanical lugs and is configured for R-class fuses, supporting overcurrent protection between 225-amp and 400-amp with proper fusing. The bus plug can be reconfigured for other fuse classes (H, R, T, L) upon request. With an AIC rating of 200kA at 480V, this fusible-style bus plug delivers reliable performance in industrial power distribution applications.
