FD63F250 is a Siemens Sentron molded case circuit breaker frame designed for industrial heavy-duty applications. This frame-only unit accepts interchangeable thermal units rated from 70A to 250A and supports field-installable shunt trip mechanisms and auxiliary switches for remote operations.Technical Specifications: The FD63F250 is a 3-pole breaker rated for 600 VAC and 500 VDC service. It features thermal-magnetic trip protection and meets UL 489 and IEC 60947-2 standards. The standard interrupting capacity is 22 kiloampere at 600 VAC, 35 kiloampere at 480 VAC, and 65 kiloampere at 240 VAC. For international applications, it provides 20 kiloampere at 500 VAC and 35 kiloampere at 380/415 VAC per IEC standards. The breaker accepts wire sizes from 6 AWG to 350 KCM copper or 4 AWG to 350 KCM aluminum on both line and load sides.
