EYSF50 is an Appleton explosionproof vertical conduit sealing fitting designed for hazardous locations requiring dust-ignitionproof and raintight protection.The EYSF50 conduit seal fitting is made of malleable iron with a triple-coated finish for corrosion resistance. It features a 1/2-inch female tapered threaded connection and is UL 1203 and CSA certified for explosionproof applications. This fitting restricts the passage of gases, vapors, or flames within conduit systems and is suitable for use with rigid metallic conduit (RMC) and intermediate metal conduit (IMC).
